Certainly use but be patient with delivery times. Item ordered was delivered as expected and brand new. Delivery took just over a week which was very good, I think the item was shipped via China and as described. Definitely would use this company but be aware of delivery times and items may be global products.

Absolutely AWEFUL EXPERIENCE Absolutely AWEFUL EXPERIENCE! Firstly they sent my son a broken controller, so I paid £22.40 to send the broken unit back to Hong Kong from N.Ireland and they wouldn't reimburse the postage, it was my son that sent it back I just paid for it. They then sent me a condescending email saying read our returns policy have a great day. F##k this shop Absolute sh!t show! Stay away from A1Smartshop their customer service is dog sh!t!

Pretty good shop! Pretty good shop! I had some doubts due to it being in China and some negative reviews online but I took a gamble because of the great prices and because there was also a lot of positive reviews and yh, my item came without any problems. It took roughly 3 weeks but I was supplied with a tracking number the day after I made the order and once the item entered into the courier network I was able to track my item all the until it arrived to me. I’d order again from this seller.
