Alen was super friendly and supportive from the moment we started talking, ensuring I was being given all the detail possible about what they had to offer me. I was then greeted by Sean to help me with some issues I had been facing on previous hosts and without hesitation Sean provided me all the information needed to resolve my issue. Both Alen and Sean were very professional, friendly and supportive throughout these few hours of interaction I had. Overall, an amazing service with some outstanding staff!

Great performance & even better support team When the marketing team reached out to propose their hosting services I was reluctant at first, mainly because my server was new and I wasn't sure how to transfer files and such. The support I got was unreal. They walked me through everything, helped me with existing problems I had for my server, and even offered a free trial to see how well their services fit. The quality of the ownership, staff, and support StellaNode has is something very hard to come across. Not to mention the performance of my server after switching over to StellaNode. I was using Humble Servers before and kept having these random crashes. StellaNode helped me fix what was causing those crashes along with overall better consistent performance. My server can be up and running for days at a time which it wasn't able to do before. StellaNode is a super great company that's definitely worth your time and money.

In the past, I had random crashes when I used Pebble Host servers. In addition to fixing the underlying cause of the crashes, StellaNode helped me achieve better performance overall. I can now keep my server up and running for days at a time, which was previously impossible. There is no doubt that StellaNode is a fantastic company that is worth your time and money.

1 star not really room to improve.staff… 1 star not really room to improve.staff quite fixated on lgbt views Their customer service is nice. Tech support was timely and quickly set up stuff when I didn't know how their stuff worked schedule system-wise I've only had a few issues and they were resolved in a timely manner. Peeps are nice and friendly. My only issue is their slight lean to LGBT people. I've got no issues with LGBT people personally. I just don't see the reason for them changing their discord server logo to something that's LGBT declared. But I think they are a decent server host and one of the better ones I've had Edit 1 Recent disagreements between staff and I have left a bad taste in my mouth. Because I'm not pro-LGBT. The staff that are. Started to badger me with random crap about their pride holidays made up holidays mind you. Nonetheless, I continue to keep my stance on 1 star. When questioned how I could raise the star rating they then had staff badger me simply because I said not to jump on the hype their made-up pride month. Disappointed, to say the least. I gave an honest review and this was the result. If you're looking just for hosting then they are probably one of the better ones you will get. If you're not pro lgbt do not declare it as they will get defensive about it. and aggressive Update 2 Despite the half baked attempt to discredit me. As for service, I found that, unlike my current host. Their servers lagged and stumbled to keep up with my 200+ mods modpack which is optimized quite well. Despite that their server continued to stutter and lag badly. Can't keep up with errors spamming in the console interface. While my server stuttered with block lag and movement lag. They struggled to keep up with my modpack using their outdated hardware. despite disagreements with stellar host, they were at least honest when I forgot that a reaccuring payment was set up with them and did notify me. though I'm not sure why they didn't cancel it themselves when I ended my service with them. maybe they weren't able to who knows

My experience with Stellanode At first glance it seemed too good to be true don’t get me wrong XD. The guys instantly gave me a free trial and that’s when I decided to buy a quarterly server plan. You get the most bang out of your bucks. The specs for the prices are unbeatable for any other server hosting. Oh and let’s not forget about how the support is instant. I am happy with my purchase and will recommend this startup server hosting platform.
