My law firm Michele Ferroni in Pasadena has been using the Best Call Center for 4 months now and by far the are the best out of all the companies I have used in the past 4 years. Here is what I like about the company and some honest negatives. 1) They always pickup my phone lines quickly. My last answering service took 3-5 minutes before they spoke with my clients. 2) They have a detailed dashboard and real time reporting. Also you can have your missed calls texted and emailed to you and your staff. Very awesome feature considering my staff can follow up quickly when I am meeting clients. 3) They speak Spanish. 4) Some of the best pricing available. I suspected I was being over charged from my last answering service company because my bill has been 30% less in terms of minute usage since I switched. No hidden fees like patch fees or hold fees. Straight forward billing only charges for minutes engaged with the answering service. 4) Customer service is amazing the team really goes above and beyond to help your business. CONS 1) They don't offer complex intake services. Meaning they are more of a secretary and scheduler vs. a sales person on the phone to help close deals. They do offer this but it is a different service.

GBTop Notch Answering Service, The Best! Can't beat the service I get from them. My old answering service started taking up to 2 minutes to answer my calls so after losing out on too many potential clients I decided to start looking for a service with fast answer times. They have bilingual agents which is a big help for me in San Diego and the pricing is unheard of so raving about them, their service and their agents wasn't even a question. GBI have used these guys for a while I have used these guys for a while. The people that answer the phones are very friendly and easy to communicate with. I was also able to customize the call intake and reporting process. I will be with them as long as I keep working.
