No response for new account setup or support Signed up for a new account but the account setup from Kall8 never got completed. I left my phone number on their voicemail, I have emailed them - Their customer support or new sales are not responding at all.

I've been really happy as a Kall-8 user… I've been really happy as a Kall-8 user for over 17 years now. Being able to route calls based on time/day has made it invaluable. I'd be glad to report on my recent experiences with Customer Service -- except that in 17 years, I think I have only needed to contact them maybe 1-2 times, many years ago. (It was positive then.)

Kall8 Review I have a few 800 numbers with Kall 8 and I am somewhat satisfied with the service but I keep getting numerous people calling me looking for a doctor in which I am not and in return it has been running my phone bill up every month. This needs to be fixed ASAP! Also the fax service is not working properly and when I call I get the same guy which is probably the owner acting if he does not want to help or address my concerns. Kind of like I am bothering him! I am trying to hang in their with this company because I have been with them for a long time but if they do not shape up, I am going to take my business to someone who appreciates my loyalty. Thanks

Toll-Free for 28 Years Toll-Free and problem-free. Very few calls to the company for usage questions at the outset. More reliable than land carriers prior to smart phones. Super EZ to use their service after acquainting oneself with the interface. Importantly, very reasonable monthly fees, too. I highly recommend Kall 8. 28 years as a customer is proof enough in my opinion. Joe B.
