Quality used PC's and laptops at affordable prices PC Exchange is my one stop shop for our PC needs. We are a small organization with 50 desktops and laptops in use. We are faced with the challenge of replacing obsolete Windows XP units. Windows 8 is too big of a learning curve for most of our employees, and the price tags are too high.
