Finally! A Virtual PBX that offers HIPAA Compliance! Most of these virtual phone services are pretty similar but Talkroute was the only one we found that offered HIPAA compliance and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). This was absolutely essential for us to deploy this type of solution in our office. Their custom support was also amazing about getting us everything we needed the same day. Pricing was also excellent.

Perfect balance of VoIP & call forwarding Talkroute is the only VoIP solution that we found that provides all of the features you want from a VoIP phone system and still allows you to use your existing cell phones without being forced to make calls over wifi or data. I love having the flexibility to receive calls on my computer with their desktop app and take calls on my cell phone when I'm out of my office.
