Outstanding customer service! I originally ordered a 27" screen for my iMac from Amazon. The product arrived in just the original product box which was open. When I took the screen protector out to install it, I discovered that it had a small chip missing on the left side of the screen. I could have used the screen protector, but it was an unsightly blemish. I immediately contacted the screen protector company at the website given on the materials packaged with the screen. I sent a picture of the damaged screen and explained how it had arrived. In a matter of hours, I had a response from the company. They said they were sending out a new screen and that I didn't need to return the first one. True to their word, the new screen arrived a few days later (on a holiday even) from the home company in a protected box. The screen was in perfect condition. They also sent a small gift for my trouble. The screen was very simple to install (good, clear directions), and I have already noticed that it has made my eyes less tired and dry. Wonderful service and excellent product!
