Old user I have been using Norton since ages, as far as I remeber and have faced least issues regarding virus etc. Though only using Norton is not the solution, you also need to be very vigilent.

The communication about possible fraud… The communication about possible fraud on our accounts is first class and timely. I would recommend Norton LifeLock to everyone to use.

Try cancelling, comedy gold. Try cancelling your subscription like you would with a normal 2024 company. its impossible to just click a button and cancel. I dont want to speak to any one of your agents I just want to cancel. Auto renewal shouldn't be a default option that you cannot actually ever change. So off putting. I wanted to cancel auto renewal whilst I decided if I wanted to stay or not and now it's a swift no. Total con.
