BEUnhelpful helpdesk The helpdesk at Norton is unfortunately initially manned by a chatbot. After going through some iterations of "I don't understand that question" and "I didn't quite get that", you're connected with a "human agent". You get a "estimation of less than 5 minute waiting time" message, which is quite acceptable. When you have to answer a call of nature after waiting for 15 minutes, you return only to see the human agent has shown up and left leaving the message that I can start all over again. It looks like the human agent cannot see the previous chat (or just didn't bother to read it - also possible). Norton - just open up a support mailbox instead of a live chat which just wastes half an hour of my life. McAfee - here I come !

DEVery reliable I'm using Norton since more than 20 Years now, meanwhile on 8 gadgets. I never had any Virus trouble so I consider it a very reliable tool for my IT safety. It is not cheap but what can you do. It is a little bit of a nuisance that they have started to push me rather aggressively to purchase additional services or tools.

IEI totally trust Norton I totally trust Norton. It does all the thinking for me. I've been using Norton for over 20 years and never had a problem with it. I love that it covers several devices. I also like that Norton is continually developing and updating its product without increasing the cost every time. I know my devices have proper up to date protection.

CAThe best use I make of Norton is the…safety The best use I make of Norton is the Vault for storage of my passwords. I know they are secure and safe plus I know what they are. Memory is not always secure. Utilities keeps my lap top running smoothly and the Anti Track keeps snoopers off my laptop.
