BEUnhelpful helpdesk The helpdesk at Norton is unfortunately initially manned by a chatbot. After going through some iterations of "I don't understand that question" and "I didn't quite get that", you're connected with a "human agent". You get a "estimation of less than 5 minute waiting time" message, which is quite acceptable. When you have to answer a call of nature after waiting for 15 minutes, you return only to see the human agent has shown up and left leaving the message that I can start all over again. It looks like the human agent cannot see the previous chat (or just didn't bother to read it - also possible). Norton - just open up a support mailbox instead of a live chat which just wastes half an hour of my life. McAfee - here I come !

GBNorton does it best I have many cyberattacks blocked, my identity is protected, my family is safe on line. Norton keeps my computers clean of junk and viruses like no other. They also provide me with anonimity and a VPN.
