CANorton has been very thorough in… Norton has been very thorough in highlighting problems and has kept our devices running without fail.

BEUnhelpful helpdesk The helpdesk at Norton is unfortunately initially manned by a chatbot. After going through some iterations of "I don't understand that question" and "I didn't quite get that", you're connected with a "human agent". You get a "estimation of less than 5 minute waiting time" message, which is quite acceptable. When you have to answer a call of nature after waiting for 15 minutes, you return only to see the human agent has shown up and left leaving the message that I can start all over again. It looks like the human agent cannot see the previous chat (or just didn't bother to read it - also possible). Norton - just open up a support mailbox instead of a live chat which just wastes half an hour of my life. McAfee - here I come !

CAPeace of Mind So far, so good with Norton. Important that we, the consumers, do our part to education ourselves as well. Hope Norton keeps up with providing solid security.

AUNorton : Safe Trouble Free Computer Usage for 10 Years I have trusted Norton for 10 years or more. My family have found out and sneered at me for paying for security when you can get it free. Yet I note that all of them have to pay to have their computers repaired at least once or twice a year with loss of access time while I never do. Norton safeguards my pathway and keeps me safe and operating without any trouble or fuss.

GBTry cancelling, comedy gold. Try cancelling your subscription like you would with a normal 2024 company. its impossible to just click a button and cancel. I dont want to speak to any one of your agents I just want to cancel. Auto renewal shouldn't be a default option that you cannot actually ever change. So off putting. I wanted to cancel auto renewal whilst I decided if I wanted to stay or not and now it's a swift no. Total con.
