After going through some iterations of "I don't understand that question" and "I didn't quite get that", you're connected with a "human agent". You get a "estimation of less than 5 minute waiting time" message, which is quite acceptable. When you have to answer a call of nature after waiting for 15 minutes, you return only to see the human agent has shown up and left leaving the message that I can start all over again. It looks like the human agent cannot see the previous chat (or just didn't bother to read it - also possible). Norton - just open up a support mailbox instead of a live chat which just wastes half an hour of my life. McAfee - here I come !
