I've been trying to ask for help for about 2 weeks, the answer is always the same or it only varies in, or there is no one in support they don't even respond to emails / or someone is there and always says the same, your question is resolved, I bought an account and so far I've been trying to get it back as the real owner of the account refunded it to him.
