I do not recommend this company at all I do not recommend this company at all. I ordered 2 cases for my phone and they use something called waybill to deliver your package. For context, I live in an apartment complex, which I understand can be difficult for package deliveries. I put my address down as I have it on Amazon and my package never arrived due to the system saying there was an issue with my address. So, I put my entire address as it would appear per USPS and paid 5$ to have yonko empire re-ship my package. This time time it said that the package was signed for and delivered, but this is not true. I never signed for or even got my package. I asked my neighbors and apartment complex office and there were no packages for me. I strongly would stay away from this company as they cannot provide a resolution. I tried asking for a refund and they keep denying the request. Stay away from this company.

Still waiting…….. I got an email from Yonko when I wrote a review stating that they will send me an email for my issue with the IPhone 15 Plus case (Zoro Case) to replace that case. It’s been over 24 hours and no email. In there email they said it will be shortly???? How long do I have to wait?

The anime case from Yonko Empire is… The anime case from Yonko Empire is everything I wanted, but I wish the shipping was a bit quicker. The design and quality are outstanding, though. Just a heads-up for those who are in a hurry!
