We are new customers and our customer service representative went above and beyond to send tracking information regarding the status of our order and detailed information about the products and help us to understand the product we needed when the product we ordered did not meet our needs. USmake sure product is brand new just make sure you confirm the part you are buying is brand new as i purchased and when we received they were used, Newtown Spares did make it right and let us return them with no restocking charge but make sure you confirm they are new because it doesnt say on the site that they are refurbished units.

USVery shady dealings Very shady. I order a cpu for about $500 from New Town Spares, they charged my debit card (the money was deducted), and then two days later, I get a call from one of their customer service representatives stating that something went wrong and the money never came through. Confused, I checked my bank statement; yep, -$500 for a cpu from New Town Spares. I brought this up and again the customer service representative stated they never received the money, and that I would have to pay another $500 to order the cpu again. Instead, I demanded that my original order be canceled. Surprise! A day later after I demanded my order be canceled, I was refunded $500.
