It is the very only support system I have seen that allows you to link your support button to an existing form on your site. You know... something that simple... even if you use the built-in form/chat editor you will see it has much more to offer than many other places. The result is clean and easy to understand... but the best is the ProvideSupportConsole App you can run on your desktop computer or mobile phone. Brilliant. I recommend this service.

Needed assistance with IPs for a large contract customer who’s firewalls we’re blocking the service and after the chat session to Provide Support Alexa Logman, Tracked me down some how and later sent a follow up email to my work confirming ports and I had already terminated the chat and didn’t have time to confirm. GBLove ProvideSupport Hard to believe that companies do not maintain a presence when they join such services as TrustPilot. I'm simply noticing the last comment was years ago. And only two comments. Why it's hard to believe is that I know personally how good this service is. I joined them in 2004 and stayed with them for about 15 years. The live chat had many, many options and they are great with support as well as a great affiliate program!
