When I first had problems getting it to work right, the owner, I think his name is Evan, walked me through it. Funny guy too.

USI purchase some software from them and… I purchase some software from them and I couldn't get it to download. I called the company expecting to get the runaround but the opposite happened. Evan helped me to find the problem, which had to do with my computer, and I was ready to go. The software works great. Their site states that you can call them and get help with their products and they have a great refund policy. I will continue to purchase from them not only for their honesty and customer service but the great discounts on their products. I would definitely recommend this company.
