Can't live without my scrapersnbots software As an online entrepreneur I'm always trying to find the right keywords/niches to go after on my projects. I found Evan and scrapersnbots software several years ago and have been using it ever since. I think I have almost all of their programs. Just recently, during this coronavirus quarantine I had an issue where one of my main programs I use, the longtailkeywordscrapertester stopped working. After several emails with Evan we were able to determine that somehow the setting had changed on my computer while I was stuck at home that caused the program to break. We installed the program on my wife's laptop and it works perfectly. I have still not figured out what settings on my firewall or elsewhere that I changed, but I know that the software still works perfectly, I just need to fix what I messed up on my end. In that past since I've had their software from time to time algorithms change, either google stuff or windows updates and such. Every time there's been an issue Evan has jumped right on it and figured it out. Evan and his company truly care about their customers and I would buy from them again. Their software has been invaluable to my online efforts.

I purchase some software from them and… I purchase some software from them and I couldn't get it to download. I called the company expecting to get the runaround but the opposite happened. Evan helped me to find the problem, which had to do with my computer, and I was ready to go. The software works great. Their site states that you can call them and get help with their products and they have a great refund policy. I will continue to purchase from them not only for their honesty and customer service but the great discounts on their products. I would definitely recommend this company.
