USCasely’s quality has gone way downhill Casely’s quality has gone way downhill, the last case and holder ring I bought lasted me a good 3 years, but the most recent time the ring literally snapped within a month. Also, new case was significantly flimsier and cheaper feeling. Overall just disappointed considering the quality of my last case. Still decently protects the phone but that’s about the only good thing I’ll say.

USFries your phone! I bought three power pods for myself and my parents. Within days of using their products, TWO of our phones got so hot that the MagSafe charging ability is totally fried on them. I reached out for a refund, and even their customer service support is terrible. Because I purchased them during a sale, they will not refund me. I’m now over $100 out AND I have two broken iPhones. Buyers beware.

USBad experience with the company Bad experience with the company, from the beginning my case was having issues with the side button and overheating my phone but it was final sale so I just dealt with it. Now the corner is chipping off and so I messaged them about warranty, which I was passed by like 5 weeks and they offered to do nothing but give me a coupon for another product- completely distasteful.

USCasely won’t refund your order if you… Casely won’t refund your order if you are unhappy. iPhone 15 cases don’t have a button for the action button. Make sure you really love what you are ordering because they only do exchanges. Horrible experience!

USGreat case and customer service! My case is really cute and sturdy. I did have an issue in which it got all weird charging, but their customer service has truly been incredible. Based upon the reaction I got from them, I can tell my situation isn't the norm. They were friendly, accommodating, and quick with the solution. I'm really impressed.
