GMG Optimizer - Mat I purchased of pair of the GMG Optimizer - Mats to wear while working from home towards the end of 2020. I had noticed myself starting to get minor headaches from staring at my screens all day and saw an ad for a discount on these glasses from a YouTuber around the same time. I decided to take a chance on them and I am happy I did. I was able to work long hours (CPA at big accounting firm) and no longer experienced headaches from my screens. Same goes for gaming.
