Cut-in-relief map wood case great; how to put on glass was lacking I love the cut-in-relief wood map case and I was SO happy at the detailed instructions--but somehow I missed that I should put the glass protector on top-down and I put it on bottom-up and the oval opening at the top is off-center to the two iPhone camera/lighting/sound holes, and covers them, alas. I do not have the courage to take it off and try to re-do it since I don't know if I need to take the case off, too. Otherwise, this case is really great!

Great protection and design The case feels sturdy so that it could easily endure a fall and won’t easily slip off the phone. When you receive the case, it comes with a slip of paper that explains how to clean the wood which is great info. Something of interest is that my case hit a wall and transferred some of the black pigment to the wall (nothing came off the case though), and the case itself has a pretty smooth surface, so it’s definitely possible that it could slide off any slick surfaces.

Great customer service The case itself was absolutely beautiful but what really won be over was the customer service Michael provided. The screen had cracked and Michael sent me a new one the following day! Thank you so much!
