GBMiscommunication between client and… Miscommunication between client and customer. I, the client, was receiving emails for the customer regarding invoices when the customer should be the one receiving it. This caused a lot of frustration between the customer and Cybernet. Overall, Tech Support did an amazing part on their end and they couldn't have done any better.
