Marvelous Experience !!!! Unquestionably a 10/10 experience for me ! I've wanted to build/customize my own computer for awhile now and I contemplated going with more established sites like CLX. However, the presentation and marketing of Bottomline thermals just spoke to me ! The 2-year warranty is a life-savor and the free game is the icing on top. It's apparent that the staff really care about providing good customer service. I definitely suggest going with Bottomline thermals if you want a gnarly PC for a good price and quality!

100/10 Would recommend!!!!!!! Probably the best experience I’ve had with any company ever. The customer service was some of the best I’ve ever dealt with! The response time was almost instant, any questions I had were answered within minutes. All I did was tell them what I wanted and Michael put together a parts list of the specs, color, and price range I wanted. Anytime something was going to take longer to get there than expected or if they found something better for cheaper or same price they would notify me and ask if I wanted to upgrade for no extra charge. They could have easily pocketed the extra money but instead invested it back into making my build that much better I couldn’t be more happy with this process and would recommend them 100/10 times hands down

First time pc buyer Buying a first pc is a worrying experience, lots of terms that don’t make sense- changing compatibility between things that seemed like it would work- parts that don’t seem like they would matter being crucial. Bottomline Thermals took this worry out of buying my first pc. They had a wonderful customer experience, explaining parts and the differences in how each part would work, even helping me with buying a monitor that would work with it and optimize my experience! The pc works amazingly with little work on my end as well! Would definitely buy another pc from them and forever grateful for all of the assistance I was given by them!
