If they show it in stock and they have 5 of them then you can order 5 and they will arrive exactly when they say. The stuff is at a fair price and shipping is very reasonable. Impressed with Packaging/Shipping I ordered a seagate hard drive and disk drive from this company. I was very impressed with the packing! The hard drive was sealed and cased inside of a very secure and tight foam insert in addition to bubble-wrap. They treated the disk drive the exact same way. I wish that all of my parts were packed like this when I ordered them from other companies. It made my motherboard appearing in single bubble-wrap seem unprofessional. I only considered this website to purchase parts because it was recommended by PC Parts-Picker but now that I know how they treat their outbound gear, I will revisit this site in the future to buy computer parts.

Decent A bit too long of a shipping lead but other than that the experience was fine. The PSU I bought has a bad fan but that's not the fault of SuperBiiz, it's the fault of Seasonic.

Good quality, good price I'd never heard of SuperBiiz before, but the product I'd ordered arrived well-packaged. Thankfully I didn't need to use their customer service, so I can't speak to that, but the rest of the experience was quite good. The prices were also better than other sites I had checked, so they have that going for them as well.

Fast shipping | Good Service Fast shipping. Item arrived very securely packaged so I wasn't worried about damage to the item. Didn't get a confirmation email when item shipped with tracking #. It possibly went to spam, I called the 800# someone picked up and verified my order# and other info and sent me the tracking #. Friendly service, the 800# actually works too. Will buy from again.
