I love this website I have never had a problem with this site, even if you make a mistake and give the wrong in game character POE name, they will find you and make it right for you. Fast trades in under 5 minutes most times, but don't worry. Terrible service I placed an order for 250 chaos orbs at 5:30 cst on june 29th 2018. I waited for 4 hours in game while also trying to get ahold of customer support. everytime i would get to around #6 in the queue the customer service window would disconnect and tell me to reconnect placing me even further back in the line. at around 12:00 am i recieved an email from them stated i didnt get my currency because i wasnt online.. This is highly unacceptable by the company. What kind of service are you running here?
