Scammed! Spent a fairly substantial amount of money with these scammers. Spent 2 hours in a chat queue, then when talked to a representative, they wouldn’t respond for 30 minutes at a time. None of this is hyperbole. Was eventually (literally 4 hours later) given a vague ‘we’ll contact you’ and haven’t heard a word since. Chat experience was terrible, ran phone battery dead waiting on them, and haven’t received order. Don’t do business with these guys. Filing a paypal complaint for a refund since they won’t even respond to requests now.

I paid 20 $ to buy gold from them, they said it was out of stock and needed to restock within 12 hours, waited 12 hours, asked again and they said 5 more hours, decided to wait until the next day and they said it would be ready in 15 hours, 15 hours later they said the suppliers sold the gold to someone else.
