At times the seller may have some hiccups in the buyback due to shortage of credits in hand however if any of the buyers are willing to email to them and not just use the webchat on their website, then they are able to respond back to you and even provide a certain timeline for the transaction to be completed. Terrible service I placed an order for 250 chaos orbs at 5:30 cst on june 29th 2018. I waited for 4 hours in game while also trying to get ahold of customer support. everytime i would get to around #6 in the queue the customer service window would disconnect and tell me to reconnect placing me even further back in the line. at around 12:00 am i recieved an email from them stated i didnt get my currency because i wasnt online.. This is highly unacceptable by the company. What kind of service are you running here?
