Scammed! Spent a fairly substantial amount of money with these scammers. Spent 2 hours in a chat queue, then when talked to a representative, they wouldn’t respond for 30 minutes at a time. None of this is hyperbole. Was eventually (literally 4 hours later) given a vague ‘we’ll contact you’ and haven’t heard a word since. Chat experience was terrible, ran phone battery dead waiting on them, and haven’t received order. Don’t do business with these guys. Filing a paypal complaint for a refund since they won’t even respond to requests now.

Went Downhill Fast I used to buy POE currency for years. Lately the payment methods on their website have stopped working. I looked for workarounds including their live chat which for three nights in a row said I was first in line but no one ever wrote back. Finally I attempted to email their support (I am a VIP buyer according to their site), and no response there either. According to the website it seems like orders are being placed all the time - I'm beginning to think this is all fake. I used to buy from them so often but it's so much worse all of a sudden. Beware!

At times the seller may have some hiccups in the buyback due to shortage of credits in hand however if any of the buyers are willing to email to them and not just use the webchat on their website, then they are able to respond back to you and even provide a certain timeline for the transaction to be completed. Definitely recommend this company over than those companies who charge higher prices but throws out alot of sponsorship deals to Youtubers.

Quick review after few purchases Used their site a few times now and every single time the delivery of PoE Orbs was fast and secure. It usually took only up to 15 minutes. Only once it took longer, but I got 50 additional Chaos Orbs as an apology for the delay. Overall I appreciate what they do and recommend it to other users. Ha, I'll even use it more myself!

I love this website I have never had a problem with this site, even if you make a mistake and give the wrong in game character POE name, they will find you and make it right for you. Fast trades in under 5 minutes most times, but don't worry. They are easy to trust, if it is taking a while, they are just busy and are working as fast as possible to accommodate you, at least that's how I feel. I have never felt forgotten and have always gotten what I payed for, on Christmas they even threw in some for free, very nice of them.
