GBVolume - low quality I complained that the quality of the sound was very low on outgoing calls, different from incoming calls where folks use my virtual number. I must say that the reply was immediate, I was sent a few suggestions as to what could be causing it. I wrote back and said that none of them applied to my case, then received another reply with the same info! I tried a third time and nothing. And no one has ever reached out to ask if the quality of their service has improved. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is due to the virtual number, since I am completely satisfied with that.
