GB10/15/2022, Galaxy S8 Active product purchase review. 10/15/2022. I had found this website after having damaged my s8 active one evening beyond repair. although i was concerned about how reputable this source was, they did have another of my phone in a few different used and new condition(s). I proceeded to purchase. I received a confirmation email letting me know I would receive tracking in a few days time. After a few days and having receiving no tracking info, i began to worry i had been scammed. I contacted the company twice concerning this, and was reassured that the product had been shipped and I would receive tracking in a few days time. Two weeks later, I received no tracking numbers or other emails about my shipment, although I did receive the product in its promised condition. I am not sure if this is a new store (post-covid-crisis) or a smaller ran business, but the only issue I would state was with the tracking info never being received. I would gladly order from them again. If your on the fence about this company/webpage or the products listed, I would suggest emailing/contacting them first as that may help with tracking detail issues. other then that A++, and best wishes in the future.

GBSold Verizon phones--which are factory… Sold Verizon phones--which are factory unlocked but still require two months on a Verizon plan to unlock to user--as "unlocked" phones, and rather than admitting their advertising was deceptive said "it shouldn't matter because they are factory unlocked." Massive headache to get the phones to actually work with carrier requiring service calls to two phone companies. Edit to reply to response below: Yes, I am sure. Per your request via email I sent you both the original emails and screenshots of the conversation I had with tech support, and suddenly you stopped replying after insisting I was not telling the truth. Placing this here because you haven't bothered to remove your response and it was clearly left there to cast doubt on me. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised--perhaps if the company put more effort into honest dealing and less into discrediting reviews and gaslighting you would be a bigger company. Reply #2: I acknowledged all of that in our exchange without prompting--it has absolutely no relevance toward the fact that the device was falsely advertised in the first place, the gaslighting when I contacted customer support (which was the direct cause of my failing to return the device) or the attempt to paint me as a liar who had never contacted you after I left my review--"Are you sure it was us?" "We have absolutely no record of you contacting us," etc. If this platform gave me space to show all of this I would but instead you keep getting the final word and using it to make people think I'm making stuff up. Again, maybe your attention would be better spent ensuring negative reviews didn't happen rather than trying to discredit anyone who leaves a negative review.

GBAre you sitting down? Are you sitting down? Everything was going swimmingly emailing the company while I was looking for this Blackberry Key 2 (kudos to them for selling/sourcing them) I was emailing back and forth with them and whoever I was emailing with was definitely the best part of this story because they were extremely knowledgeable and gave advice on which model to order. I placed my order on the 10th (today is the 19th) and I made sure to place the order as EXPRESS shipping (2-3 days from Texas) because I’m leaving the country in a few more days. On the 14th I email them as anyone would and they said it couldn’t be ordered an express and had to be shipped “standard method”. I thought… okay. Not sure why but alright, fine. Why? I didn’t question it (I still didn’t have a tracking # btw.) Yesterday (18th) I emailed them after I had the tracking for about 2 days or so and was curious why USPS status was “waiting to ship”. I thought, that’s weird? So did they not use USPS or something? How is there no movement on this package in the states? I got my reply to the email a day later (whoever this person is that replies always replies at around 0300 so clearly not in the states) and they then let me know the phone wasn’t coming from Houston,TX and had to “come from another city by a supply partner”…. Okay, sure. What city do you think that would have been? (Just wait for it) Well, I called USPS today because w t f, I’m leaving the country in a few days.. it’s been 10 days since I ordered the phone expecting it to come in 2-3 days. Let’s make a long story short, the phone is coming from China now. I was never informed, I was never asked if I still wanted the item as now it’s still in customs somewhere according to the tracking #. Will I get my phone before I leave? Probably not. Would I ever recommend TechDaddy to someone else who asks me how I got my cool old school BlackBerry once I get it (IF I ever get it) absolutely hell no. Bonus points deducted for the amount of times I’ve called their number online to build confidence and speak to someone in the Houston location. I must’ve called 10x and never got a call from them until very recently. The joke is that the person who I did get the pleasure to speak with was the lady who I’ve been emailing with (the 3am replier). Is this company even from the states? Horrible and I’d give 0 stars of 5 if I could. I read the overwhelmingly positive reviews on here and I wish I could say the same.
