Never got the product, UPS didn't help. Price was great but never got the product. UPS claims it was delivered. No response form either party.

Beware Wish you could rate ZERO stars. I ordered two items I found after doing a Google search for and was directed to their website. I opted for 2 day shipping since I needed the items by a certain day. I received the email order confirmation promptly after placing the order online. 2 days later no delivery, 5 days later no delivery! I called and was bounced to 3 different people, the last one who told me sorry I cannot honor the price you saw online, so we didn't process the payment. Won't honor the price online and absolutely ZERO communication about it! Shop elsewhere and save yourself the frustration.

Review I received my ID badge holders very timely and the price was fantastic.

Awful Experience ID SuperShop refused to place our order because our shipping address did not match our billing address. We needed our name tag holders and lanyards to go to our trade show, not to our billing address. The customer service representative rudely refused to place our order. I have placed many orders with all types of vendors and have never had one of them refuse to place the order because the billing address and shipping address did not match. I went to another vendor ID SuperStore, they were happy to place my order and were actually cheaper than ID SuperShop. We will continue to place all of our orders through ID SuperStore.
