Reliable & trustworthy. Great interface. Definitely recommend. As a solo administrator/developer, I really appreciate being able to rely on Uptime to notify me of any hiccups or outages with our site. The admin console is extremely snappy and very easy to understand. It's great that they make API endpoints available as well, so that we can pull the data in to our own application. The primary function - notification for outages - works great as well, I receive email/SMS alerts within moments of anything happening. It's hard to overstate just how important it is to be able to be immediately aware of any issues whatsoever. I definitely feel like I can trust Uptime, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the market for this type of service.

Uptime.com is a great tool for… Uptime.com is a great tool for monitoring web site or other endpoint up-time against SLAs. It is web based, lightweight, and easy to use. I would give it 5 stars if it were not for a few minor aspects of the UI that I find confusing, mainly around the Reports section and knowing how to look at activity and filter what can be included or filtered and such. I sometimes get lost in the hierarchy and options if I haven't changed them in a while. Otherwise, I was able to get reasonable alerts set up within the first hour or two of initiating an account, and this has proven most useful to reporting and SLA status with customers. I would highly recommend this solution to anyone looking to implement up-time or SLA metrics around endpoint tracking.

Good tools Good tools, responsive support, seems to still be maturing as some basic functionality available in competing services is not available.

Pretty good for anything less than 5 9s Uptime.com is pretty decent, but the UI can be a bit clunky and counterintuitive to use at times. Limited to 4 9s (i.e. 99.99%) uptime monitoring, anything higher is treated as 100% so if you need to measure 5+ 9s then you should look elsewhere.
