GBGreat way to digitally store all my … Great way to digitally store all my to-do's! I love using the Kanban boards as a way to track my work, especially when I can separate out by project. I also love the different view that puts all projects onto a timeline that shows me exactly what I need to do each day without looking at each board. There are a lot of email updates though that get kind of obnoxious, but i'm sure there's a way to change that. The analytics are also a great way to show how quickly some projects are going and which ones are getting delayed. The one feature I think it's missing is the ability to show how many tasks you bump back the due date for.

GBTaskworld have been overcharging us for… Taskworld have been overcharging us for an extra member of staff when we deleted them in August. We now need a refund but aren't receiving adequate responses. Refund us the difference immediately.

GBDoes what it is supposed to … Does what it is supposed to excellently, except when it's glitchy. But then it's fixed quickly.

GBRepeated Loss of Data Pretty much everything about Taskworld is great. Both task and project management are made easier. With that being said, my team has experienced at least 3 instances where entire cards have completely disappeared. No matter the benefit of the features, lost data simply cannot be tolerated. Unfortunately, Taskworld support was no help in resolving the issue at first (merely trying to explain the incident with made-up excuses), then neglected to reply to our e-mails at all when they realized we weren't buying it. Overall, we are very unhappy with our Taskworld experience.
