The app hangs which is annoying at times you can't buy credit You can't transfer credit you have bought online to the up which is crazy. I have been using it for 3yrs but I think.im at a point Im changing to another provider.

I was one of the longest consumer of… I was one of the longest consumer of your product since 2009 to 2019 when you guys didn’t listen to my plea of lowering calling rates. You chargers have been going up as years fly over yet the chargers of calling are supposed to be going down. I really enjoyed your service but with time you lost that customer trust and accountability as you raise the rate. Finally, I shift to Karibu online which much cheaper, reliable and understanding to customers need.

Fairly Priced The cost is relatively fair, it is easy to sign-up and top-up your account and they charge by the nearest second not minute. The down side is that unlike using calling cards, one is not able to dial subsequent calls without needing to start all over each time.

My go to long distance calling card/Service This has been my go to ever since I discovered Telephone Kenya. I have never had any regrets, very affordable, clear and above all functional in every aspect. Thank you
