It is only that the phone call disconnects when the credit runs out instead of recharging automatically which it does anyway. I wish the call would continue without interruption. Otherwise I would rate it at 5 points. Very respectful.

GBCall interruption. Please let me know why my conversation got disconnected 3 times in a,span of 15 minutes.Is there a new rule that one cannot talk continously? That was annoying. But the line was clear.

GBI was one of the longest consumer of… I was one of the longest consumer of your product since 2009 to 2019 when you guys didn’t listen to my plea of lowering calling rates. You chargers have been going up as years fly over yet the chargers of calling are supposed to be going down. I really enjoyed your service but with time you lost that customer trust and accountability as you raise the rate. Finally, I shift to Karibu online which much cheaper, reliable and understanding to customers need.
