The app hangs which is annoying at times you can't buy credit You can't transfer credit you have bought online to the up which is crazy. I have been using it for 3yrs but I think.im at a point Im changing to another provider.

Telephone Kenya is a great Telephone service. l have used Telephone Kenya service for over 10yrs.This service is great, very convenient.It has even improved much, like recharging the account has become very easy. When the money runs out the phone cant just disconnect, but gives an option to recharge the account so that you can continue to talk.The important thing, is to keep the card number in the head , that is try to remember your last card number so that you don't have to look for the card to recharge the account. Accumulation of points is another great service. l have accumulated up to over 2000 points. l recently translated my points into money and it became $28, it cant be better than that. With Telephone KENYA service, you don't loose minutes, it is always intact.l would be glad to refer somebody, l have referred my friends .Another service l enjoy , is that l no longer dial common Telephone numbers l regularly call, l simply hit the number that l have saved for that telephone number and the phone just connect. Telephone Kenya service excellent.

A very fast and reliable service A very fast and reliable service i use since years. And even if there occur some issues, which does not happen often, the competent service team is superfast and superfriendly. Therefore a 5/5 rating is accurate here in my eyes.

Fairly Priced The cost is relatively fair, it is easy to sign-up and top-up your account and they charge by the nearest second not minute. The down side is that unlike using calling cards, one is not able to dial subsequent calls without needing to start all over each time.
