Very slow delivery I had to send a ticket to another website reseller for gamekeys4u after 15 hours or so. They answered me relatively fast with a link to a steam gift/trade.. I got my game cheaper than average stores anyway.

Ripped off! 8hours of waiting, three messages, no code. I can't believe these people, I ordered two game codes that stated available..... At 8 am Friday it's now 4 pm and they still haven't arrived despite being told 2-4 hours. These are steam gift codes for my two sons, as it's easter holidays here. I will have to hope paypal can get me a refund as I don't think gamekeys4u.net care at all. They certainly are not helpful with messages, just told to check junk! As if. I wouldn't do that already.

Initial problem, but was fixed quickly I purchased a Steam key for Civilization V from this company. Unfortunately, it didn't work at all when I tried it. I sent a message to customer service, who responded very quickly. They sent me a new key that worked fine. I would have liked the key to work on the first try, but I was impressed by the customer service and am happy overall with my purchase.

Fast, cheap, top support! First i got an used key but after contacting the support i got a new (working) key without any problems very quickly. Even though it was 9 pm on a friday evening. Btw. the contact form has a dropdown box with all your orders to make the support process as easy as possible. Highly recommended!
