Very good Service I bought two copies of a game, but only got 1. So i sent a message in their chat system, which i wont recommend because it's offline. After that i sent an email to their support and got an answer in 5 minutes and a code following that. So i was very impressed by their service.

Very great website so far. This is the first time I visited this website so far and I have to say that the prices are outrageously low; probably the lowest prices I have ever seen on a website that sells these games. Even though my product that I pre-ordered back in April has not yet arrived, I do believe that this website has great potential when it comes to delivering products to consumers who pay reasonable cheap prices. P.S. Max Payne 3 for PC is going to be AWESOME! Yes, I am fully aware that my key does not arrive until June 1st. I am just letting you guys know that I have faith and will receive it, and when I do I will treasure my game always. I am a patient consumer when it comes to buying games, and in this case, bring it on! :)

great service Receved my key in 10 minutes (battlefield 3) no proff required , and they are smart, they send the key to the email, which was used to do the paymant, not the registration mail, smart move, to avoid abuse, also EA sucks, and my battlefield 3 registered wrong and on the account, so they had to give me a new key with B2K DLC xD which i didn't buy. Edit: Also forgot, this is a german site, and in quality i trust! I havent heard or used a bad quality german product

Great prices, excellent support! I recently used this site for the first time, ordering Street Fighter X Tekken and Ridge Racer. Support was quick to reply to a few questions I had, by email and very helpful. Prices were about 1/3 of retail and after a ID check, I got my key both of which worked as expected! I've since bought Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City from them, again with zero hassle and fast service. Highly recommended!.

Pretty good Bought Cities: Skylines. Had some issues at first with activating the product (not their fault) and contacted customer service. Took a day before they replied, but afterwards were pretty quick to answer my questions. Helped me all the way to ensure the product i bought worked. Good customer service from their side. Reason why i'm giving a 4 instead of 5 is because they sent me a key that was already used first, but sent me a new one afterwards, and they manually send the keys, which means that it's possible it might take some time for the key to get sent instead of doing so instantly with an automated system. Overall, i highly recommend gk4u.
