Poor communication. Told me product was on its way and I… Told me product was on its way and I could track it via the link provided. No such entity (wasn't USPS), so I had to contact PayPal to investigate. Long story short & much time later. Issue got resolved as an email came with a USPS tracking number. Ugh.
