Good service for someone new and apprehensive towards buying. I was a bit apprehensive about buying gold for a game since I had never done it before but the on website chat was very helpful and walked me through each step. I had to verify myself with ID and a picture of my card(first 12 numbers blanked out) but they seemed quite good after that even though I lacked a phone number. I actually kinda gave them some confusing things to follow by listing things in the auction house wrong and misunderstanding, doing bad math but they were patient and helpful. Most importantly they did not scam me! Would buy from them again.

Thats unprofessional I had placed an order with this store and it took forever for it to be processed. Don't bother emailing them neither because you will never get a response. Seemed pretty fishy so I canceled it. I will make sure to see a full refund on my credit card. This is the worst online store experience I have ever had. That's unprofessional.
