IEPayment Issue I just tried to top up the app to purchase an eSIM. I used Apple Pay to pay but the payment would not go through as it said there was an issue with my postcode. I contacted support who told me try again as this happens sometimes. I did not want to do this as I could possibly then have 2x payments in limbo. They advised that there is nothing they can do as payments are processed using stripe. I now need to wait for my payment to time out & be refunded. Pretty awkward but at least this did not happen while I was away. Support was pretty responsive but they were not in a position to help me. **edit - I received my refund within a couple of hours, thank you **
