Best hosting and support ever I just bought web hosting. The support is pretty fast and kind. They helped me with everything. Also the cheapest server I have ever seen. Unlimited storage, bandwitdh etc. makes everything better. Fast servers and being able to use softaculous is also amazing. I'm so glad I bought their services.

Poor Performance and Unreliable Infrastructure I rented a VPS from NodeClusters a little over a year ago because of their promise of "unlimited bandwidth" and because the price seemed reasonable. As it turns out, "unlimited bandwidth" means all the traffic you can push at 2 Mbps. Both standard and premium plans feature "Up to 250Mbps or 1Gbps." What I understand now is that "up to..." means that theorectically, under perfect conditions, you might momentarily get a few bits through at that speed, but expect about 1% of that in actual use. About half way through my 1-year subscription I got a short, terse email from NodeClusters with the news that "...due to a drive failure, all your data is gone." So they don't get a smiley face for robustness either. Yes my stuff was backed up but chose to cut my losses with NodeCluster and host elsewhere.
