GBUser-friendly and very helpful for a subspecialty surgical practice I have utilized PrognoCIS for a subspecialty orthopedic practice for over three years. Having used similar EMRs the past, PrognoCIS has similar functionality to all with the convenience of a cloud based system and is competitively priced. The implementation team was extremely helpful, particularly for a small private practice. They have always been timely with responses to support questions and implementation concerns.
