Prognocis insurance billing is suburb Prognocis insurance billing is suburb, the EHR is better for primary doctor's that for Ophthalmologists. The system works faithfully but there are enhancements that would make it outstanding for Ophthalmology if implemented.

Excellent Software I've been working with PrognoCIS for a year and couldn't be more satisfied with a medical software. It's easy to use, has all the bells and whistles, and the support staff are excellent!

Average Okay system to use. No dermatology focus. A lot of features such as pictures, diagram are not functional. Not good with update their features as well as notify user if any changes.
