Great EMR Bizmatics is very prompt in getting back to me with regards to my questions and changes. I very much appreciate the ease of doing zoom meetings to go straight to the area in question in the EMR. The only thing for me is the EMR can do so much. The IT support team is exceptional. If the issue or question cannot be resolved during the call, the IT team always returns your call in a timely manner.
