Prompt, effective customer service. Received the wrong model initially. They promptly dealt with the issue and sent me the correct model in black as the blue I ordered wasn't available. I think the original order came from HK through the post, but the replacement was sent from a Canadian Amazon warehouse.

Works great for a toddler This foam case works great for a toddler. The reasons for four stars: the handle that folds to make a stand makes the iPad a little too upright for viewing. I wish there was more adjustment for the stand angle. The screen protector is not built in and is difficult to apply without getting bubbles trapped underneath. Otherwise good protection for toddler viewing.

The only issue is the screen protector which bubbles easy on installation, but really is not a huge issue overall. Otherwise, I would buy again and from Tablet2Cases.

I had problems with the keyboard on the first order, but a replacement was sent within days of Tablets2Cases finding out about my problem. I had ordered 2 cases for what I… I had ordered 2 cases for what I thought was for an apple IPad mini 4, what failed to realize that I had not mentioned it was for an IPad mini 4, so they sent me cases for an IPad 4. So when I received them of course they didn’t fit, so I returned them for a refund which they did refund my money as soon as they received them. I would recommend Tablet2Cases to anyone looking for a portfolio that is very compatible with almost anyone’s taste.
