Ordered a case Ordered a case, arrived in good time, however incorrect one sent. Been contacting customer support for 5 days with absolutely no constructive ‘support’ won’t answer questions. Wish I’d never bought from them. Very mis guiding ‘astracases UK’…….that aren’t actually in the UK?!

Customer support you can count on. Sometimes you buy merchandise and you realize you need to return it. And when you do you just never know if you're going to get your money back or not. Then there's companies like Astra. I know that their primary goal is to sell merchandise but they also make a primary goal of after-the-sale customer support. Something we don't see much of today as consumers. So I recommend buying their products but if you have to make a return you can be rest assured it'll go smoothly too.
