Not only did I get it before Christmas, I received a bonus product! My review has been changed because of this excellent customer service! Product is exactly as expected!

Liked that I received a personal call to let me know it shipped and was going to be on its way. A REAL human and not an automated message or a third party from another country.

GBGreat customer service A+ I reached out by email regarding order and delivery confirmation. No email response, instead I got a call from Don (the owner). He personally called me to confirm my order and thank me for my business. For a Mom and it being week of Christmas, this made my day. We had a great chat and within an hour I had an email confirmation for shipping. It’s this type of personal touch that creates repeat business and word of mouth referrals.
