eSIM - The Lifesaver for Professionals During a conference in Singapore, my regular SIM had issues. Switched to my eSIM, and it was a lifesaver. Managed to stay connected with clients and not miss out on any important emails. Highly recommend for frequent travelers!

No SIM card, no people to talk to Like several others I have not received a eSIM and support simply does not answer. I can see the purchase on their web site but no facility to press a resend. I suspect Hotmail may have blocked their emails. So beware, it is binary , you will either get your eSIM and presumably be happy but if anything goes wrong don’t expect any service whatsoever and be prepared to lose your money as it will be exceedingly difficult to retrieve what is probably a relatively small amount If you ignore the negative reviews fine, the odds are with you but you are gambling that the automated system works as there are no people out there to help

I recently traveled to Spain and… I recently traveled to Spain and switched to eSIM, and everything went perfectly! I was connected in a matter of minutes and could go through Madrid without any problems. Compared to struggling with tiny SIM cards, it's so lot easier!
