Fast service and great price I purchased two licenses for Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit and promptly received an email with the license information, clear instructions and download links. Everything worked perfectly and I have successfully installed and activated the OS on my sons' computers without any trouble. I wish Kernans would expand to carry more softwares. I will definitely visit them again when I need more softwares for my computers.

Very difficult product I purchased your product but have been unable to download successfully. I contacted you guys several times for instructions but the information I was given was incorrect and useless. I basically flushed money down the bowl buying this product.

Excellent! I purchased Windows 7 Ultimate from Kernans after a horrible crash and experience with Windows 8.1. Kernans processed my order and I recieved the key code and download link with 3 hours of purchase. I had my Windows 7 installed and running by that evening!
