They kept telling they are still waiting for the claim from UPS and this is since July 2023 since I returned my package. I'm not sure if they are just trying to keep pushing it but I just keep getting the same answer. And I know ups doesn't take this long for a claim to be approved

Great phones and experience! I received my phone within 4 days of ordering it. I ordered a phone in good condition and I was more than pleased with its condition.
