Beware of changing prices! Beware of changing prices! The website has all sorts of GREAT prices...UNTIL you actually CLICK on the item, then the ACTUAL PRICE is SIGNIFICANTLY higher. This company likes to play games with the customer...I got two different prices for the SAME item using my phone browser vs my computer browser. Go figure! Another annoying surprise...you have to SIGN for the item, even when it is just over $100. This is a real inconvenience because FedEx drivers expect you to answer the door in 30 seconds or they leave a tag for you to then have to GET THE ITEM YOURSELF at their facility.

They kept telling they are still waiting for the claim from UPS and this is since July 2023 since I returned my package. I'm not sure if they are just trying to keep pushing it but I just keep getting the same answer. And I know ups doesn't take this long for a claim to be approved
