GBFast Service, Like-New Phone as Described Good price, quick delivery. Phone listed as "like new" really was, + battery life was at 100%. Would have liked some more information about the 'we'll email you when a specific model is available'. Is there a list of people requesting the same phone and can we learn where we are on the list? Or is it a mass email to everyone looking for that particular phone and the first one to respond gets it?

GBMy experience was stressful because I… My experience was stressful because I was not given an option to pick up my phone if no one was going to be home to sign for the package. I had a hard time to find the option on FedEx to have the package redelivered when I can be home or pick it up elsewhere.

GBBeware of changing prices! Beware of changing prices! The website has all sorts of GREAT prices...UNTIL you actually CLICK on the item, then the ACTUAL PRICE is SIGNIFICANTLY higher. This company likes to play games with the customer...I got two different prices for the SAME item using my phone browser vs my computer browser. Go figure! Another annoying surprise...you have to SIGN for the item, even when it is just over $100. This is a real inconvenience because FedEx drivers expect you to answer the door in 30 seconds or they leave a tag for you to then have to GET THE ITEM YOURSELF at their facility.

GBWhen I received the watch it was put on… When I received the watch it was put on charge until fully charged. I set up to sync with my iPhone however was unsuccessful several times. After the fifth try it finally responded. It now is functioning as expected.
