Would have liked some more information about the 'we'll email you when a specific model is available'. Is there a list of people requesting the same phone and can we learn where we are on the list? They kept telling they are still waiting for the claim from UPS and this is since July 2023 since I returned my package. I'm not sure if they are just trying to keep pushing it but I just keep getting the same answer. And I know ups doesn't take this long for a claim to be approved

Scammers I paid for their insurance which is advertised as a resolution in 1-2 days. It has now been months and they have told me that it has been denied. A bunch of clowns working here stay away. Terrible customer service and misleading all around. Order was in JULY....
