Great phones and experience! I received my phone within 4 days of ordering it. I ordered a phone in good condition and I was more than pleased with its condition. I didn't see an sign of wear and tear and not a scratch on the screen. It looked like a brand new phone and definitely runs like one. I WILL DEFINITELY use Phonedaddy for all my phone needs!!! Scammers I paid for their insurance which is advertised as a resolution in 1-2 days. It has now been months and they have told me that it has been denied. A bunch of clowns working here stay away. Terrible customer service and misleading all around. Order was in JULY....

My experience was stressful because I… My experience was stressful because I was not given an option to pick up my phone if no one was going to be home to sign for the package. I had a hard time to find the option on FedEx to have the package redelivered when I can be home or pick it up elsewhere.

I have already written a review but… I have already written a review but still never resolve. They kept telling they are still waiting for the claim from UPS and this is since July 2023 since I returned my package. I'm not sure if they are just trying to keep pushing it but I just keep getting the same answer. And I know ups doesn't take this long for a claim to be approved
