GBIf I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would! I got my phone today all excited popped it open and saw the case wasn't installed. No biggy. It still came with a case. I put my sims card in and it states it's locked to Verizon and a prepaid Verizon account non the less!!!! So now I'm panicking because I'm making payments on this phone just to afford it. It's a huge purchase. When I bought the phone it said unlocked to mint mobile which is my carrier. I even contacted mint before I bought it and they said yes we support this type of phone no problem. It will work as long as it's unlocked and I stated it says it is. So here we are. I'm pissed and I don't get pissed. What makes me more made is I contacted them via email like it says to do and they just gave me some professional typed b.s. which is code for I can't help u. I emailed back and said I want a full refund and/ or the phone unlocked. This was my Christmas gift. You have been warned. Just go to the store. Don't use this company. I run a business and I know first hand this is not how u conduct business. Just sell unlocked phones especially if they say they are unlocked.

GBGreat experience The phone was a great price, especially with the screen protector and case already installed. The shipping from PhoneDaddy was good, but the carrier took way longer than the promised delivery.

GBGreat phones and experience! I received my phone within 4 days of ordering it. I ordered a phone in good condition and I was more than pleased with its condition. I didn't see an sign of wear and tear and not a scratch on the screen. It looked like a brand new phone and definitely runs like one. I WILL DEFINITELY use Phonedaddy for all my phone needs!!! Great experience and product!!!

GBDoes anyone notice they only reply to… Does anyone notice they only reply to people with 3 stars and up? 3 months away til 1 year and they still haven't resolved the issue. Keep saying that they are waiting for ups. And I know for a fact that it's not the case. ups does not take that long to resolve. Horrible I just want my money back

GBI had a issue and they responded… I had a issue and they responded quickly and took care of it I love the price I paid for the phone
