Does anyone notice they only reply to… Does anyone notice they only reply to people with 3 stars and up? 3 months away til 1 year and they still haven't resolved the issue. Keep saying that they are waiting for ups. And I know for a fact that it's not the case. ups does not take that long to resolve. Horrible I just want my money back

Great phones and experience! I received my phone within 4 days of ordering it. I ordered a phone in good condition and I was more than pleased with its condition. Would have liked some more information about the 'we'll email you when a specific model is available'. Is there a list of people requesting the same phone and can we learn where we are on the list? Or is it a mass email to everyone looking for that particular phone and the first one to respond gets it?
