USTerrible Terrible. Customer service is pretty bad. I’ve had to call multiple times for one issue and after staying on hold for over 40 minutes they disconnect the call. They do this repeatedly - almost as if they have some sort of internal timeliness standard and once it passes a certain point they’d rather drop the call than answer. Very frustrating. The website is also pretty sub par. There are lots of other cheap wireless services that are much better. Verizon price matches. Do your research and save yourself the headache of dealing with a 3rd party cell provider that hides behind the Kroger name.

USAwful !! Awful !!! Don't use this service. The website sucks, & the customer service isn't open 24hrs. They want ALL your info, verified. IF you can get them on the phone, it takes forever to do ANYTHING. Trust me, the worst service for a burner phone ever. CANT even reload time with #611 quickly. PAIN in the ass service provider. Very invasive!!!

USDO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! If I could give negative stars I would. Customer service is of no help. If you bring your own phone they will blame in on your device. The mobile hotspot never worked and they will not refund your money. Worst service ever!!!
