GBI was an I wireless for over 10 years I was an I wireless for over 10 years, however i found a better unlimited deal with another provided and switched 4 months ago, However I can say that most of the time I was fairly satisfied with the service

GBTerrible Terrible. Customer service is pretty bad. I’ve had to call multiple times for one issue and after staying on hold for over 40 minutes they disconnect the call. They do this repeatedly - almost as if they have some sort of internal timeliness standard and once it passes a certain point they’d rather drop the call than answer. Very frustrating. The website is also pretty sub par. There are lots of other cheap wireless services that are much better. Verizon price matches. Do your research and save yourself the headache of dealing with a 3rd party cell provider that hides behind the Kroger name.
