I have been using trello for at least 4… I have been using trello for at least 4 years. It was an amazing app, till atlassian came to the game changing it from a easy going app to a freaking complicated way to connect, to open new accounts, seriously... Hello Asana!

Best all rounder for project and team management Been in tech for more than 15 years and using Trello since 2016, still my favorite all-round project and team management tool. Gets stronger with each iteration and the gamification adds some fun to work days of endless slack + trello workflow. What's there to not like? The Atlassian login. It's really one of the worst I've ever used. Please improve.

Trello is a decent tool for organizing… Trello is a decent tool for organizing tasks and projects. It offers a straightforward interface and simple features that get the job done. While it's not outstanding, it's also not terrible. It's a reliable option for basic task management needs.

Not flexible enough for small businesses. The software was a game-changer when it was first released in 2011. However since then it's continued to get more expensive for features that aren't really that useful. Additionally as many of these SaaS platforms grow, the customer service becomes less personal and flexible in looking after a business' needs - particularly a small business. We simply wanted to switch to a monthly plan from an annual plan as we had reduced the number of members which we have done successfully with our applications previously. There was no budging on this and so we're paying hundreds of dollars for a plan we don't need. I'd be very careful committing to an annual plan as they don't make it clear that you're unable to remove members mid way through your subscription. Additionally there are a number of other platforms that offer the same solution as Trello and many other features such as note taking, document storage, task management etc. at a much more affordable price. For this reason and the inflexibility we won't be continuing our subscription when it expires.
