GBBait and switch Ordered a 38" Dell monitor that was listed for $90. Got an email in short order apologizing that what I ordered is not available, but they do have them for $405. I replied saying shucks, I really wanted that, well how's about we change the order to this 34" number that's $100? Didn't hear back. Checked the site, and that monitor is now $375. I found them when I searched for a replacement 30" Apple Cinema Display, and was impressed as they had them for $90. At the time. They're now $375 as well. I don't know how it benefits them to do business this way but it sure does suck as a customer. They're yet to refund the original purchase charge or reply to my email.

GBGot me what I needed Called in because I needed a drive for my SAN. I told the person on the phone that I had some drives but the tray for the drives did not fit my SAN. He assured me the drives can still be used I just needed a new tray for them to fit my SAN. He saved me a big hassle of having to return and re-purchase new ones. I really appreciated his help with my situation.
