Terrible experience with this company Terrible experience with this company. They charge an amount and later they will call you to say that the dimensions and/or the weight of the package are more than originally charged and in order to process your order you need to pay a lot more. This happens weeks after they were supposed to have processed your order, and the delivery time starts then to count from the beginning of course. When you tell them this is not an honest practice they tell you that you are notified on the website that this could happen. This is shady since the information is not given at the payment moment but is super hidden (I was not able to find it). Furthermore, they "give you" a bonus if you are a first-time customer, do not use it! They do not tell you terms and conditions in case of cancellation. If you decide to cancel the order they discount on the reimbursement the 100 dollars of the bonus, which I would understand if stated from the beginning. Overall, their practice is to put a let's call it "kind of attractive" although ridiculously overpriced price for a product, but then they call you with excuses to ask for more money to send it to Cuba. I say excuses because even if they could be valid they do not say it straight away before making the purchase. They play with the guilt that the product is something for your loved ones in Cuba. These types of companies are profiting (is of course not bad to have a profit) excessively from the suffering of the cuban people, in close ties with Aerovaradero (cuban state company and others). Some would say it is a "mal necesario" for some products to reach loved ones on the island, but it really calls us to reflect on it. One should really say Shame on you, here!
