TNSupport help hi, I created a ticket since the 26th because my line was no longer working and it was impossible for me to resolve this on the website, 2 days have almost passed and I have not obtained assistance, what should I do when it is urgent? Flynumber do not have a chat to communicate with their customers so the day you have a breakdown and you are working with the line you will only get help after days which is not acceptable. ************************* 29/01 After having made a complaint for the non-functional number and leaving my opinion on Trustpilot, you blocked my account and you deleted my post on your Forum discuss.flynumber.com I sent you an email and you don't respond, you just asked me to delete the negative review on Trustpilot and to pay $8 when I paid my monthly subscription ($18) for January and it expires on 10/2, is what you do to a customer normal? you are not available when needed, you report my reviews on Trustpilot, you block my account even though there is credit available and I just asked for it. I ask you to please be professional and not behave like this with your customers, give me back access to my account.
