Be careful - average quality, poor customer service Update 2: After posting the review update below, I just received an immediate refund. Go figure.... Update: WAS PROMISED A REFUND AND NO PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED AFTER 9 DAYS! I am now strongly considering a class action against this company, as I am not alone in not receiving refunds, or the product, it would seem. I will reach out to you as a community shortly, once I have all the legal facts sorted. Cheap, (compared to Apple AirPod Pros) but you get what you pay for. I have just sent mine back as they keep disconnecting after a while. Seamless initial connection with my iPhone though, just like real AirPods, the real connection issues came during playback. Sound quality was not as good as expected, a real lack of bass and quite muddy in the trebles. Wireless charging of the case is good but active noise suppression is a non-working gimmick I’m afraid - what do you expect for £49.99 though.... Hopefully the refund process will be painless and easy though! See the update at top!!!!!!

Good Service Service was good. Received email and text confirmation of when my item was shipped. Received item within 5 working days of ordering. Item arrived well packaged with no damage. Received item I was expecting. Was able to pay by PayPal which gives peace of mind in case anything happens. Product reviewed separately.
