It worked in the end The first key I got from them was not able to be activated contacted customer support they got back to me pretty quickly. There was a little bit of back and forth they ended up sending me a different key and it worked.

Follow the Instructions. Use their link. If you do NOT follow their instructions, the purchased key will not work. That is NOT CSPCart's fault. It is YOURS. If you download via the link they provide, the installation will go fine, the key WILL work fine, your Office version will activate, and your version will be authentic. Also, you might need to uninstall other Office installations first - sometimes there are multiple products pre-installed on a pc.
