GBDon’t order from here if you have a deadline Ordered a custom tapestry. I had to reach out to the company for a confirmation email. After hearing nothing from them after receiving the confirmation email, I reached out asking for a shipping update. I paid for expedited shipping, and after 7 working days, I expected to receive something. Instead, they told me that my tapestry was a complicated design and they would need more time to produce it. It is a black and white outlined design. Not complicated. Very disappointed. Still hoping to receive the item, but it won’t be here for the event I ordered it for.

GBMake sure to use a high resolution photo, give them a few weeks for shipping I’m not sure why others are saying their services are bad. You have to send HIGH RESOLUTION photos if you want your picture to be blown up so big on a tapestry. I got it in a couple weeks with expedited shipping and it looks great. I’ll definitely be ordering again for sure.

GBNo communication and bad product I ordered a customized shower curtain: No confirmation email, no communication, said it would be here in 3-5 days but took 2-3 weeks (I live in the US and that’s not where it shipped from, so I get it, but don’t advertise it as 3-5 days then), and when I finally got it it was a blurry pic and it frankly just looks awful.
