Don’t order from here if you have a deadline Ordered a custom tapestry. I had to reach out to the company for a confirmation email. After hearing nothing from them after receiving the confirmation email, I reached out asking for a shipping update. I paid for expedited shipping, and after 7 working days, I expected to receive something. Instead, they told me that my tapestry was a complicated design and they would need more time to produce it. It is a black and white outlined design. Not complicated. Very disappointed. Still hoping to receive the item, but it won’t be here for the event I ordered it for.
