Not good for my needs The demo mockup they use to sell this sounds much better than the loops out of the box. This is the blues harp sample pack of REX & WAV files. No nki or other file to get them in the sampler easily, have to do it yourself. Audio quality so-so. If you bury it in a mix it'll be fine (if you find what you want and piece it together). Bought a Sonivox harmonica instrument, not quite as gritty but MUCH easier to get an acceptable product quickly. Sorry Producer Loops, not crazy about this one. Responsive help team. Crap Customer Care I purchased a pack that said Ableton Live version 9.7 required. When it wouldn’t load I contacted the company to ask for assistance. I told them I had Ableton 9 and that it should have worked. They refused to give me a refund or even a credit note for another pack. Very poor customer service and you would be far better of going to another provider

Really poor customer service Download wasn’t working at first, after that very poor customer service. They responded quickly at first, but weren’t helpful at all. There are alternatives that are way better than this website. I would definitely recommend skipping this one.
